It takes very little pressure using just the fingertips to clear up these misalignments. If you hear a noise during your adjustment, please don’t be alarmed. There are gas bubbles in the joint, and when the joint is adjusted, it may make a sound. It’s normal and doesn’t necessarily happen every time you’re adjusted.
